Meet Recap

Monday, January 9th was the Clarkston Girls Varsity ski Team’s first competition for the new 2017 season. Their competitors for this race were the varsity girls of Cranbrook/Kingswood and the new combined team from Berkley-Avondale-Troy. The Clarkston girls split this contest with a victory over the Berkley-Avondale-Troy team and a loss to Cranbrook/Kingswood. Team points were Clarkston 22 vs Cranbrook’s 15 and Clarkston’s 12 vs Berkley-Avondale-Troy’s 24…(lowest points scored wins each individual matchup).

Individually, Clarkston team captain Katie Bayley was the fastest female within this matchup with individual runs of 23.22 & 23.38. Congratulations to all of the racers on the Clarkston Girls Team…GO WOLVES!
